The service
ShopBoss provides an AI phone receptionist, booking, scheduling and dispatch tools and a crew app for contractor businesses (“you”).
AI can make mistakes
The receptionist and the spam screening are automated and can mishear, misjudge or miss a call. You’re responsible for reviewing bookings, confirming appointments with customers and the work you perform.
Your responsibilities
- Tell callers about recording where the law requires it, and keep the greeting’s disclosure turned on.
- Keep your sign-in links and passwords private, and remove techs who leave.
- Use the service lawfully. No unsolicited marketing texts through ShopBoss.
Fees
