The AI front office for contractor shops
Real customers get booked. Spam and fake jobs get screened.
ShopBoss answers your calls day or night, screens out robocalls, sales pitches and pranks, and holds suspicious bookings for your OK before they reach your crew’s schedule.
Spam & fake-booking shield
Repeat numbers, bad or out-of-area addresses and blocked callers are held for your decision instead of wasting a truck roll.
AI receptionist
Gets the name, the job, the address, a callback number, timing and budget, and books real work.
Dispatch board
Day, week and per-tech views, drag to reassign, conflict warnings, time off and repeat maintenance visits.
Crew app
Techs see only their jobs, tap En route / On site / Done, add photos and notes, and collect a signature.
Already a customer?
Screening is AI-based and can miss or misjudge a call. Held bookings always wait for your decision.
